Puggish

A puffy grey sweater was what inspired me to think of a pug's wrinkled skin.

Biggest challenge was designing the Chinese Qing Dynasty Headgear with consideration to its sagittal, frontal & transverse planes, otherwise it will appear flat & not properly propped up.

The headgear has an outdoor scenery with holey windows, a tree & a flower garden. & at the center: A loyal lollygagging pug is waiting at the porch just as dogs do.

Her sweet affectionate facial expression & her hands cupping her face as though she was waiting, totally mimics the character of the pug on her headgear.
